The one real plus of this Wierzbno apartment is its location. It supposedly sleeps eight, but has major problems, starting with shabby doors that look like they're from a den. The entry is a little house door with a suitcase-like lock, and using a code in the hallway is laughable. The listing photos are much nicer than reality. There isn't a table for eight, which is incredibly annoying. The outlets are pulling out of the walls, cables hang loose instead of being nailed down, curtain rods are torn, the microwave knobs are sticky, and the fridge smells damp. Don't plan on washing clothes either, the seal has huge amounts of mold. The prepaid reservation wasn't ready when we arrived because someone messed up and hadn't prepared the apartment. Warsaw is great, but I'm never staying here again. I've got photos to back this up.

The apartment itself was nice, maybe a 4/5, but it definitely isn't comfortable for eight. The price is fair for the quality. Service gets 0/5, I've never come across customer service like it. Because of the absurd way guests are treated, I'd give it two stars on average. I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be back.

A pleasant, clean, well-kept apartment with two bathrooms and a really big terrace.

The apartment is nice, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely. They could think about furnishing the terrace. I recommend it.
