We booked for the following day and messaged right away to ask if we could come earlier to leave our bags, since we'd only arrive late that evening. They replied that check-in started at 3:00 PM and we couldn't come before then. Then at 2:30 PM the next day, the woman canceled our stay. When I called, she said I should have been angry with the booking agent rather than with her, because they were supposed to call me, not her. I asked why nobody had told us, and she said she had too many apartments 🤣

There was no WiFi, even though the listing promised it. I asked the host, but got no response until I was nearly checking out, when they finally sent the password. Check-in was set for 3:00 PM, yet I didn't get the instructions until after 6:00 PM. The room also looked nothing like the photos: they showed air conditioning, but all there was inside was a fan.

After I booked, the woman called to say I couldn't stay overnight in the apartment and that she'd return my money. Then she told Booking.com that I had stayed there. That's all I can say: lying scum.

There were leftovers from previous guests in the refrigerator, and the place was filthy. When I complained, staff told me, "The dirt probably doesn't interfere with the apartment's usability." That was incredibly rude. The apartments aren't on Gieldowa Street, and the pictures don't show the apartments they're offering. It feels like they're trying to trick people. I definitely don't recommend it.
