The apartment was lovely and very well equipped, and the service was professional. A very kind gentleman answered the phone on the first ring every time. We also changed to a larger apartment when our group size changed, and the move was hassle-free. It’s in a new gated community, near a Żałka restaurant and an Italian restaurant. A wonderful stay, thanks, and I recommend it to everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They cancelled my booking just two days before arrival, even though I’d reserved a month earlier, and blamed renovations. It looks like they found a local guest who would pay more, leaving their clients to bear the cost. They also refuse to pay the booking commission. The customer service is appalling, and the staff are very arrogant.

The apartment was clean and had a reasonable amount of equipment, and getting there was easy. Since the development is new, finding your way after you enter can be a little confusing, but it wasn’t a real problem. They sent all the information promptly. I’d recommend it.

The mattress was too soft for me, and not very thick either, which I’m not used to. Apart from that, the apartment was nice and clean, and everything was fine.

Finding the apartment can be a little tricky 😉. Everything else was fine.
