Maria at reception and Margarita at the bar both made a real difference. They were attentive, professional, warm, and provided exceptional service. Once I was inside, the service throughout the hotel was flawless, and as a VIP guest I got a fantastic room and felt well cared for the whole time. Breakfast was very good too. One small thing: arriving by taxi, there was nobody at the entrance to welcome guests or open the door. Having someone there would improve the arrival experience for a hotel of this level. Even so, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’d gladly return.

Breakfast is a must here, and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. They even have presseco! I stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw for four days and enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay. Faustyna at reception was a big part of why. She was warm and helpful from the start, and her passion for the job really showed. She genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond. Her recommendations covered the main attractions as well as places outside the usual tourist circuit, and helped me see a different side of Warsaw. Before the trip, I mostly thought of Poland for food and dumplings. Through her suggestions I learned about the country’s culture, from music and Tchaikovsky to art and history, which changed my perspective and made the visit more meaningful. Tourists, especially famous ones, please remember Poland is more than beer and presseco. It’s love and a thriving city. Have fun and learn more about the local polish people. They are kind and super.

Yuliya made the Executive Lounge experience the best host experience I’ve had. She’s friendly, attentive, and professional, while still feeling genuinely warm. She notices the details and is there when you need her without being intrusive. She really makes guests feel valued and is a credit to the hotel. The Radisson Collection Hotel Warsaw is modern, well maintained, and in a great location for business or leisure. I had an excellent stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Special thanks to Mr. Darek in the Executive Lounge. He’s discreet, but you always feel looked after, like a real guest rather than just another visitor. That kind of hospitality stays with you and makes you want to come back. This was another stay at Radisson Collection Warsaw, and I’m impressed again.
