The apartments are decent, and the price is friendly. Staff communication was good, and having the option of a garage spot is useful. It is a typical bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Warsaw, so it’s a bit far out. If that works for you, I recommend it.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and asked to cancel within two minutes, maybe less, but they refused. My request to change the date was refused too. I know I chose a non-refundable rate, but a good hotel policy would have handled this differently. Poor experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. They rent to anyone and show the wrong address, leading strangers to try to enter homes where people actually live. Their tenants party, leave mess in the stairwells, and toss cigarette ends and rubbish into gardens from the windows. They also ignore security. The company shows no respect for the other residents.

People living here want to rest after work, but the landlords ignore curfew and leave cigarette butts everywhere. They also look into neighboring apartments and sometimes even climb onto balconies. Security has intervened, but they ignore that too. No respect for anyone or anything.

That evening, I was left with two children and nowhere to stay, despite having booked, paid for, and received confirmation for the apartment. The lady said there was no reservation for that address. A failure.
