We were told we couldn’t check in before 4 PM, even though we’d arrived earlier. When 4 PM passed, the keys still weren’t in the safe, so we had to call and wait for a woman to bring them. Forgetting something that basic was shameful and spoiled our stay in Warsaw. The service and attention were awful, and the whole thing wasted our time. I’ve never felt so helpless or indignant. I absolutely don’t recommend this apartment.

Public transport is convenient, and the building is in a beautiful old town location. The apartment felt cozy and was reasonably clean, with dishes, a microwave, kettle, stove, and washing machine. There were holes in the walls and missing baseboards, though, and some of the holes looked as if they could have been shot.

Be careful, the owners let themselves in while you’re out and lock things away. I had no idea what was happening and couldn’t do anything about it. The owner acted as if she knew nothing. I’d advise putting a contract in writing with them.

Please be careful. The company has apparently gone months without paying the owners of the apartments it sublets.
