The rooms are badly insulated for sound, so you can hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms and the street. Unless you sleep like a rock, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. The rating of over 4.5 stars seems questionable for a place that isn’t a hotel, and if it were one, it definitely wouldn’t deserve three stars.

The location was ideal, but there was only watered-down soap, no shampoo, and dust in some spots. For what it costs, you could probably find somewhere better.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable for the price, and the cleaning ladies were very kind. Still, the owner's treatment of me was completely unacceptable. I work in a 5 start hotel, so I know how it works. He was extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely rude. I’d messaged through the Booking app before arriving to say I was bringing two small dogs, since the property is listed as pet-friendly, but got no reply. At check-in, someone called from an unknown number and said I had to pay an extra fee for the dogs. I said I’d rather pay through the Booking app or in person because I didn’t recognize the Polish number. Shortly afterward, the host came to the apartment shouting and accusing me of breaking the rules. He was loud, arrogant, and intimidating, demanding answers without letting me speak. I felt threatened, and I find it unacceptable that this kind of behavior is allowed on Booking.

It’s self-service, and you get the check-in instructions after booking. They provide complimentary coffee and drinking water. The rates are fair, and the rooms feel like four-star hotel quality. This little boutique hotel is great for solo travelers or couples, and it’s in the best part of Warsaw to stay. I loved it and would come back without a second thought!
