Hostel Florencja

The location is the one good thing: it's close to the centre, and you can park for free on the street. Otherwise, the hostel was nothing like its photos. Our room looked very tired, the sheets were torn, and the cushions smelled bad and had stains. The bathroom smelled damp, with heavy black mold in the shower. The kitchen and dining area had very poor lighting, there were lots of spider webs, and the sink didn't look clean. Soundproofing was nonexistent. At 5 a.m. we could hear someone in the toilet perfectly clearly, everything. After the hotel's reply: I'm being honest about what I experienced. The hygiene was far from ideal. I've stayed in many hotels, hostels, youth hostels, and campsites, so I have some experience. When I think someone deserves a mention, good or bad, I won't hesitate to say so.
