Agroturystyka nad jeziorem Sopień

The homemade food, cheeses, sourdough starters, and coffee and tea made the stay feel like being at home. The owner really looks after her guests. I came to Agroturystyka nad Jeziorem Stopień for the first time for a yoga and winter swimming workshop, and left very happy. I’ll definitely return, and I recommend it.

The quiet forest and the sounds of wild birds returning in spring stayed with me after my visit. Ola’s place has a rustic feel, with the smell of cooking in the air, welcoming staff, and Ola herself taking care of guests in every way. The food was delicious, and the people were wonderful. This is the kind of place I’d happily visit again and again.

I’m already planning to come back with my family. The steep stairs may be tricky for people with small children, but they’re part of the character of this historic building, so it’s good to know in advance. The rooms have their quirks, including creaky floors and small bathrooms, but the beds are comfortable and there’s hot water. I did miss having a coffee machine, though the ladies made coffee in the coffee makers and even prepared a delicious pumpkin spice latte, so I could get used to it. The kitchen is a real highlight. The ladies make wonderful food, and they’re very open to different diets, including gluten-free, with plenty of interesting flavors to try. I didn’t want to leave. The lovely surroundings are great for forest walks, and I’ll be dreaming about the food for a long time. It’s a perfect place to properly relax.

The beach right by the building, the workshop room, and the comfy fireplace area with couches are all big pluses 🔆 There’s also a lovely atmosphere, a beautiful setting, and lots of different things to do. The food was a revelation for me. I’d come back just to shop for the pantry!
