The guest lounge is a nice touch, with a roomy kitchenette and really good espresso. There’s also a children’s corner and a spacious private sauna for guests. The accommodation was spotless, and the staff were friendly and around almost 24 hours a day. Parking was plentiful, which is a real plus in this area.

We spent our evenings in the big downstairs lounge, with its huge TV, sofas and tables, while the kids made use of the activity room next door. It was a good way for everyone to unwind after a long day. The apartment itself was clean, fairly new, spacious and well equipped, with a balcony and a small kitchen we used every day. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free bikes, a sauna and free parking were included, too. We thought it was great value for a family stay in Zakopane, and I’d confidently recommend it.

Our first visit to Zakopane, and we’ll be back. The apartment/hotel is gorgeous, with a pretty room and a layout that feels carefully thought through. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I’d choose it again for a holiday apartment.

We stayed in 301. The host was welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. The wooden interior feels modern, and there’s a small balcony with a nice view. Sauna access and parking on site were included.

We were able to check in as soon as we arrived because the room was ready very early in the morning. It was cosy, clean, beautifully kept, and had a large terrace. There’s a lot of attention to detail throughout the house. The sauna, bikes and living room were especially good facilities, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre. We had a great stay at month house.
