Aries Hotel & SPA Wisla

The kids’ playrooms were a real highlight for our family, and the animators kept the children busy and happy. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool, especially the jacuzzi outside. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. Our room was clean, bright, and comfortable, and breakfast had a great range of choices. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended for families or anyone after a relaxing break.

Everything at the hotel was amazing, from the breakfast and spa to the area around it. Still, with the price I paid, I expected more, so the value for money was why I was close to giving it four stars. Maybe it was a Christmas rate or something, but I definitely wouldn’t return at that price. I do recommend the place, though.

We stayed on February 14th, and there was a special Valentine’s Day feel throughout the visit. The spa was excellent and breakfast was outstanding. We had a room problem that kept us from sleeping through the night, but the staff sorted it out quickly and so thoughtfully that we stopped thinking about the sleepless night. Everyone was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about making the stay memorable. We felt looked after at every step, and the whole visit exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a warm welcome!

The location is fairly isolated, outside Wisła. It’s about 5 km to walk into town, though there’s a bus stop nearby. The sauna area is very small, and I can’t imagine how crowded it gets in the main ski season. Also, why is the Kneipp path there out of order? The building is lovely and modern, with comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, and delicious restaurant food. I couldn’t make sense of the heating controls. For a place calling itself five-star and charging accordingly, service should be consistent: one waiter brought amuse-bouche before our à la carte meal and another didn’t. Nobody asked whether we wanted more wine after we finished it, and the waiters were chatting at the register while empty plates sat on our table.
