Be careful about booking this hotel. The staff didn't respond, and they charged the room price in advance. When it was time to hand over the keys, nobody showed up. They said their behavior was due to a lack of English, which made it impossible for me to get my money back.

The location of Boutique Apartments was great: everything was nearby, while the city bustle didn't intrude. I've stayed in two different rooms, and both were ready just right, with clean, elegant rooms and bathrooms. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable visit, and the decor was tasteful. The owners and manager were very kind and available whenever help was needed. I'd gladly recommend this place, and I think I'll stay again.

The room was just like the photos, tidy and clean, with everything we needed and a nicely sized bathroom. The woman who welcomed us was kind and efficient. Great service!

The location is right by the port and close to the beach, and the apartments have everything you need. Ours was very clean and pleasant. Mrs. Anetka deserves special praise, she's the heart of the place, always smiling and ready to help. We've visited Ustka several times, but this was our first stay at the Boutique Apartments. It won't be our last!

The apartments have an interesting style, beautiful bathrooms, and rooms stocked with what you need. They were VERY CLEAN, and everything is close by thanks to the excellent location. The caretaker, Ms. Aneta, was especially kind, communicative and committed. I highly recommend staying here and recommend her too.
