Nice apartments a few minutes from the center, right by the river. There's a kitchen and balcony, though the coffee is pretty bad. (apartmenty-wroc Bulwary Ksiazece)

The build quality is good and the location is excellent, though the development is still underway. Like many European buildings, it has no central A/C, and that's becoming a bigger problem in the city each year. Last year my apartment reached 32degC despite facing north and looking out toward Odra river. There aren't any EV hookups in the garage yet; the HOA is working on installing some in the near future, at our cost.

These are nice, modern apartments beside the river bay. The nearby bridge is being renovated, with construction expected to continue until 2023.

I had a 2am flight, but couldn't collect the apartment key after working hours. They weren't flexible about it, and the experience was unpleasant.

Fantastic place and a great location, near the city centre but far enough from the street noise.
