Apartamenty Sun & Snow Nowa Papiernia

There was no warning in the app or by email that our booking had been cancelled. After driving for about three hours, we arrived and were told at check-in that we had no accommodation. Nobody was dealing with it, so we had to turn around and drive three hours back with our small child. I have never had this happen before. If you offer accommodation, your first priority should be giving the guest a place to stay. I can't recommend it. We'd already spent about three hours on the road when we found out our stay had been cancelled. No message came through the app or email, and no one stepped in to sort it out. With our small child, all we could do was make the three-hour trip back. This has never happened to me before. The guest should come first when accommodation is offered. I do not recommend this place.
