It was below freezing outside during my stay in one of this company’s Wrocław apartments, while the temperature inside was only 17 degrees Celsius because the heating didn’t work. I reported it for two days, but nobody responded, despite their promise of 24/7 availability. Two days later they said they’d send a technician. After a long delay, they then told me the fault couldn’t be repaired and they had no way to make the apartment comfortable. All they offered was the option to “request compensation via email.” Cold accommodation, no professionalism and no concern for guests. A complete failure, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The operator isn’t meeting the contract terms and is at fault, but you still can’t terminate the agreement. They’re using my apartment illegally.

Service was terrible and communication nonexistent. The apartment was a mess, with panties and socks left on the bathtub. No cleaner came, and nobody paid any attention to the problem. The company is a behemoth that can’t manage its apartments because it’s understaffed.

They gave me login codes that didn’t work, and there was no useful customer service when I needed help. Now they’re trying to charge me for damage I didn’t cause. I’d avoid them.

Clean and nicely styled, with everything close by. The offer was really appealing.
