The apartment was modern, had everything needed, and was very clean with a nice fragrance. The bathrooms were great, and the location was perfect. Service was friendly and helpful, and the room quality and service were better than the price suggested. They sent passwords and building photos to my WhatsApp, and let me check in three hours early even though I hadn't asked. Customer service was available by phone 24/7, and someone always answered, even when I called in the middle of the night.

Room number 1 was all good for a short stay, though I'd pick a larger space for a longer vacation. The location was good, with tram stops right outside the building. We found free parking nearby.

The location and view were good, and the Wi-Fi worked, though it was slow at times. The pillows smelled, and the bathroom door was really uncomfortable. For two people staying three days, there were only two towels, and no laundry bags or anything like that.

We were promised a living room and a bedroom with two beds in the Airbnb listing, but arrived to find just one small hotel room with a single bed. When we asked the host for a refund, Anna immediately blamed us and said my friend was aggressive. It was a horrible experience. If you don't want your time spoiled, don't book with this agency.

Such a lovely place to stay. It was cozy and really clean, and seemed to suit every budget. The person responsible was kind and helpful. I'd absolutely recommend it.
