A terrible place, I can't recommend this apartment. It's on two levels, and the upstairs was completely freezing, with nighttime temperatures at -17°C. The resident didn't care at all when I called.

There was plenty of room for the five of us, and the center was fairly close. Gubalovka was about a 10-minute walk away. I liked the place, though the owner should replace the bed slats.
