8/10
The owner was really nice and easy to talk to about anything, and the apartment was pleasant and well equipped. Ours even had a capsule coffee machine, and there was always something to eat. Underground parking was a big plus, with a gate remote in each room. Just keep in mind it's on the fourth floor and there's no elevator, which may not bother everyone. I recommend it.

There wasn't much privacy in the rooms, and they were modest. Water pressure was very low, both in the rooms and in the shower.

I recommend it. The price is fair, and it's also close to Krupówki Street.
