Our flights were cancelled because of Covid, so we contacted the property to ask about cancelling or moving our booking. The response was rude and unhelpful, and they weren't willing to assist. It felt like they were happy to keep our money for a stay we couldn't use, and possibly resell the room. In a global pandemic, plans change and people should treat each other kindly. Shame on this place. There are plenty of other nice places to stay, so I strongly recommend not booking here.

Covid affected our plans, so we never got to stay. We contacted them to see if we could cancel or move the booking, but they weren't prepared to help. That's inappropriate in the current situation and was disappointing. I'd encourage others not to book with them.

Cicha Woda was well worth the price, and the location put us close to everything. We had a lovely room with a kitchenette and a wonderful mountain view. I have very fond memories of staying there.

The only wonderful part of the De Lux Apartment was the panoramic Tatra Mountains view. It was advertised for several people, but in practice it's suitable for two. The old bed, chipped dishes, kettle that wouldn't open, rusty toaster, glitchy TV, and blinds smeared with flies made for a poor stay. Wi-Fi didn't work, and the resident said we don't pay for Wi-Fi. There was little wardrobe space and no shelves, and it was being used to store blankets, ladders, and other things. The balcony had old, rusty deckchairs. The resident was rude and unfriendly. She charged a security deposit but doesn't check the apartment's condition after the previous occupants. I don't recommend it!
