The apartment has plenty of space, good equipment, a lovely south-facing terrace, and a great location. But when we arrived before 8 PM with our small child, it was freezing inside, despite the outside temperature being around -10 degrees Celsius. Cooking on the induction stove was difficult because it kept heating for five seconds, switching off for five seconds, then repeating. I also paid for parking, but it was an open-plan shared area where everyone parked wherever there was space. I'm not sure what I paid for. I think there should be a paid garage entrance.

I was told by email after cancelling that my refund would arrive within seven days, but after ten days I had to call and ask about it. Then I was told it would take 14 business days. It's a joke. The owner never even told me where to find the information about the money being held. The full amount had been collected three months before arrival, which I had accepted, but the whole experience with the apartments was pretty poor.

The shower drain was clogged and some pots were broken, but those seemed like temporary issues. The apartment looked just like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm giving it four stars and would recommend the place.

We booked the hotel through Booking with a full refund available if we cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. More than a month has passed since we cancelled, and the money still hasn't been returned. They haven't provided the accommodation either. I've never had this happen before. Be careful, I don't recommend it if you want to avoid problems!

Very quiet, with shops 200 meters away and the center a 20-minute walk. It has homelike amenities and a large terrace with mountain views. Fantastic!
