For the price, it’s a good hotel. The staff were nice, it was clean, and breakfast was delicious. There’s a sauna in the hotel and a thermal resort five minutes away. The uphill location may be inconvenient, and there’s no kettle or fridge in the room, but everything else was great.

We visited with family in August and found the hotel a great value for a budget stay. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our family room looked out over woodland and Giewont. It was clean, and about a 15-minute walk to town. There’s a steep five-minute climb, but you can take the stairs alongside Radisson Blu as a shortcut.

The rooms aren’t new, but they were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was tasty. We had an amazing view from the window. Special thanks for providing almond milk for my coffee ❤️

I ended up in room number three, where the shower was broken and the bathroom light bulb was out. The woman at reception didn’t speak English, and I had a disagreement with her over “taxi” and “tax.” If you don’t speak Polish, I wouldn’t come to this hotel, unfortunately. I’d have been better off staying in a hostel.

Dust everywhere, dirty towels, unclean rooms and a stinking smell in the corridor. The balcony doors didn’t close properly, and breakfast was horrible. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had 😖. When I checked out, they asked me for 4 zloty because I’d borrowed their taxi number. I was the one who called and arranged the taxi, but still ended up paying. I wanted a stress-free vacation, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I finally moved to another hotel nearby.
