For a 3-star hotel, this was definitely beyond my expectations. The room was clean and nice, the staff were very helpful, and breakfast was great. The hotel shares infrastructure with a 5-star hotel, including its restaurant and spa. It’s on a fairly quiet street, and our room was quiet at night. The location worked well for us, close to the city centre and around 10-15 minutes’ walk from the mountains, skiing, skating and other attractions. The pool is on the small side, but there weren’t many guests, so it was fine. I’m not sure if the hotel limits how many people can use the spa. The pool is about 120 cm deep and has a shallow section for small kids.

It was a short stay, but a very pleasant one. The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to the main street and easy to find. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and served excellently.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and it was a joyful stay. I hope to visit again soon. Breakfast was good, with a few halal options such as scrambled eggs without bacon, pastries, and roasted vegetables. In the room, a few things could be improved: the bathroom bin should be a bit bigger, and there was no toothbrush kit. You can call to request an iron and ironing board.

Avoid at all cost. The rooms smell of cigarettes. I complained after checking in and was given a different room, but it had been sprayed with some men's perfume. I've stayed in better hostels. The rooms are basic, though you pay less than at the main 5-star hotel. I booked its 3-star sister hotel by accident. Big mistake.
