We’ve just started our stay, and the apartment is already spotless, beautifully arranged and in immaculate condition. It feels spacious enough for four adults and two kids. After spending 10 days here, I still feel the same about this lovely house and apartment no 1. It was the most enjoyable 10 days we’ve spent in an apartment. The terrace was a highlight, a full 10/10. We loved being able to enter the apartment directly from ground level. The grounds also get 10/10: there’s a well-equipped BBQ area, a nice lawn and an improvised playground. I think a slide for kids would be a good addition. There’s plenty of parking, including room for our van, and waste separation is available. The shared area inside is worth a look too, with the history of the place to read. The staircase is clean and tidy, and there are toys for kids on the mezzanine level. The design gets 10/10 from me. The chosen furniture, thematic pictures, original creaky parquet and refurbished furnances all create the feel of a pre-war apartment, with its characteristic noises and smells. We really enjoyed that. The apartment is ergonomic, too, with everything in its place, a nice sofa in the kitchen and a beautiful living room. There was enough space for six people to live comfortably, or even more. The hall is large enough for six people’s things. For equipment, I’d give it 9/10. There’s a huge TV with good sound, dishwasher, heated bathroom floor, spacious fridge, advanced stove and oven, and an advanced cofee machine. We needed the manual in the drawer below to get used to the stove and oven. There’s no washing machine, which we knew about and were prepared for. It wasn’t a big deal since there are various laundry services in Zakopane. The kitchen has all the usual things: forks, knives, spoons, plates in different sizes, salad bowls and pots. We missed a big pot for a large family, so bought one and left it for others, along with a dish holder. The big pan needs replacing, just a small suggestion for the owner, 100zl should cover it. The shower is spacious. Our kids are too small for it, so we missed having a plastic basin for bath time. We bought one and left it there for everyone’s convenience. There’s no bidet or hygienic shower in the toilet. That’s not a disadvantage, just a different comfort than we’re used to. Maybe the owner could consider adding a small hygienic shower in the future. The sofa can be used in the kitchen, and the living room is lovely. I hope to come back for another 10 days in winter. It was a fantastic stay, and I’m grateful we could enjoy it. We tried to leave the place tidy and clean up our mess before going. I’d highly recommend renting this apartment whether you’re staying a few days or planning to live here for a few months.

You can see Giewont from here, and the view is amazing. It’s a really nice, quiet place that’s easy to find, about a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms are clean and modern but still have a touch of the past. There was even Netflix on the TV for a rainy day.

I loved the interior of this spacious apartment. The rooms are clean and decorated in a very modern style, and the kitchen has everything you need. It’s only a few minutes from the centre, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. If you like movies, the TV sound system is great.

The balcony view of Giewont was breathtaking, and Krupowki is literally a five minute walk away. Parking is spacious, with room for 8+ cars. The host was pleasant and very helpful, and the accommodation was first class. Inside, everything was clean, fresh and tidy, with a modern look and a slight Art Deco touch. I was surprised by the quality of the interiors. I’ll definitely come back.
