Javorina

The restaurant food and service were very good, though it closed early at 8pm. We guessed that might have been because summer was ending. Our room was amazing, with a high ceiling and wood everywhere, and the bed was comfortable.

We spent five nights here with our two small children and ate at the restaurant three times. The food was excellent, and there's a nice play area inside the restaurant as well as a small playground. It's within walking distance of the centre and good value for money. The atmosphere felt warm, relaxed and friendly. We also loved the beautiful architecture and interior, traditional but tasteful and elegant. We'd thoroughly recommend it. One useful detail that's hard to find: you can use the washing machine for a fee.

We came for my English mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and all of us were impressed. We had a brilliant time and would recommend Javorina to anyone. From arrival to checkout, we loved the place, the location and the service. Paulina took wonderful care of us and nothing seemed like trouble for her. Thanks to her and all the staff. We'll be back!

The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. Two things need attention: the mattresses have hard springs and aren't very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi in the rooms is so poor that you can't even search online.
