Apartament pod Skocznią

I don't have any photos of the inside, but the apartment was amazing: clean and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view. There's a pub right next door, and even though the inn has live music until late, closing the window makes it completely silent. Bravo, that's how it should be. Everything was perfect. My only suggestion for the owners is to put a wastebasket in the restroom, especially for women's items.

The place is in a very good location and the service is really friendly. It can sleep up to eight comfortably, though six would be more comfortable. There's a TV, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with everything you need. I recommend it.

We could watch the ski jumps from the window, which had a pleasant view. The location is excellent, but the parking lot is tiny and takes a lot of maneuvering to get in and out. Our three-person “apartment” was a chilly attic room. The owner offered an extra heater, but it took three days to warm the whole 20m². She also didn't tell us the boiler had limited hot water, so three people couldn't all shower, a pleasant and recommended thing to do after skiing. The bathroom wasn't heated, was very cold, and had nowhere to dry towels. In this day and age, the lack of Wi-Fi is hard to accept when phones have free internet access. The owner reluctantly lowered the price to make up for the inconvenience.

The quiet, secluded location is a real plus if you want to be away from the crowded part of Zakopane, and free parking adds to the appeal. The apartment has what you need, though the limited space means there's no proper table and chairs for meals, just a small coffee table. There's no wardrobe or place to hang wet clothes, either, and the sharply sloping roof makes it awkward to move around, especially by the kitchenette. That kitchenette is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, a kettle, hob, dish soap, sponge, cloth, coffee, tea, and sugar. The bathroom has a little soap and two towels for each person.
