Czarna Willa

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was worth including in the price. We also had homemade lunch each day for a good price. Parking was difficult, and the staff don't speak English. We had booked a suite with a queen bed and two bedrooms, but apparently standards differ. The curtains let light through, so the room was bright from as early as 4 a.m. There was no air conditioning, and we couldn't sleep.

The location is right in the center, yet the spot itself is quiet. We could reach everything within a few minutes on foot. The staff were kind and helpful, and staying here was a pleasure. Breakfast had lots of delicious food, and the coffee may be the best I've had on all my travels. It's a beautiful old building, decorated nicely for Christmas. The rooms and the rest of the place were perfectly clean, with a rustic look that felt like a good mix of old and new. The room warmed up nicely once we figured out the thermostat. It's a bit old, and I was worried I'd break it, but we got kind help and sorted it out. The bathroom was a little cold because the fan lets cold air in from outside. A one-way valve might fix that. It wasn't a major issue, since running hot water for a few minutes warmed the room and it was fine by the end of a shower. Like in any building with a boiler, hot water runs out late at night, so shower early, around 20:00. Parking is very tight for a large car. There's paid parking across the street if the yard is too small.

Breakfast was a huge plus, delicious and varied enough for anyone to find something. The place is cute and very close to Gubałówka and Krupówki. When the weather turned cold, the owner made sure we stayed warm.

The room was spotless and comfortable, with every detail arranged for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view, the cozy bed, the warm room, and the great breakfast ;) From the moment I arrived at Willa Czarna, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made me feel at home. It exceeded all my expectations. Thanks for such an amazing stay. I'll recommend Willa Czarna to everyone I know, and I can't wait to return!
