The view was stunning, and the rooms were bright and really nice. The beds weren't very soft, and Wi-Fi barely worked on the top floor. The owner was kind, though communicating was a little difficult since she doesn't speak English or Russian. We managed with gestures :D We arrived earlier than planned, so she let us leave our luggage in the living room while we explored Zakopane until the rooms were ready :)

The hostess was nice, but the host was exceptionally rude. When I told him the paint on my car door had been damaged during my stay, he made a fuss and treated me like I was trying to cheat him. I only expected an apology. I was told they weren't responsible for parked cars and that not charging for parking was already a favor. I don't recommend this place at all. There were other problems too: a broken fridge, a blocked shower tray, a damaged shower cubicle, very slow internet, and a smelly duvet. Spare toilet paper only showed up on the day I left.

The price is very good for this location. It's near Kuźnice, Krupówki, hiking trails, and about 2 km from the train station. From the window you can see the "Sleeping Knight." There are different room sizes, from small doubles to large ones. The service is very friendly. I'll definitely stay again, and I recommend it!

The shared bathroom was beyond what we expected. The shower was so moldy that neither of our sons would use it, so we went to the bathroom at a friend's apartment instead. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all during our four days there. The rooms are spacious and the price is low, but even at that rate you'd expect a little more. We won't be back. Such a disappointment.
