We found the staff friendly and very helpful, and having a large shared fridge by reception was convenient. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. Our twin room with a double bed was clean, quiet, and tidy, though the cabin shower felt quite small. The location is excellent, about a five-minute walk from Zakopane's train and bus stations through the backyard gate.

We were able to see Zakopane covered in snow, and the hotel looked even prettier outside. The location is handy for the center and the bus and train stations, and we'd definitely recommend staying here. We spent a couple of days and had a great time. The room felt a little cold to us at first, but the kind staff turned up the heat and brought us a heater too. Breakfast had a big range of food, and they regularly replenished the empty or half-empty dishes. 🥰

We liked the breakfast, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms were warm, too. The receptionists were welcoming and very helpful. It's centrally located, with bus stops and the train station nearby, and most things are an easy 5-15 minute walk away. I'd recommend it 😋🙂

Breakfast at the B&B was tasty, with lots to choose from, and we really enjoyed our trip. The house and grounds looked like a winter wonderland, and our room was warm and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, though we had to ask for towels, toilet roll, and shampoo when they ran out. We stayed three nights, which was just right for exploring Zackerpane. Bus and train connections to other ski areas were easy, and there's a beginner slope across the road for skiing and snowboarding lessons. Not many people speak English, so a translation app might help with communication. I also found a currency app useful. It was cheap and cheerful, and the town is beautiful. Thanks for having us, we'd highly recommend it!
