We stayed four nights starting 19 January 26, and it was excellent value. There's a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. The whole place was very clean, with a handy, quiet location just outside the busy town centre. Plenty of free parking on site too. I'd return.

We had a lovely time at Grand Podhale Resort & Spa. The spa was just right for unwinding after exploring Zakopane, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and our room was spotless and comfortable. We also had beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Can't wait to return!
8/10
The room was nice and clean, and we really liked the jacuzzi. Breakfast was super cool too. It was a little cold in the room, which was the only problem. We were there for just one night and still had a pretty good time, though the staff don't really speak English.

I'd booked a cheap, small room, but they gave me a larger one with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view at no extra cost. Thanks for that gift! The rooms are very nice and clean, the spa is good, and the location works well. One of the best stays I've booked. Wishing you lots of good guests.
4/10
We booked a larger room, but it still felt pretty small. The Booking price was higher than the rate on their website, and they don't speak English or answer emails. You get 30 minutes of free jacuzzi time per room. For a place calling itself a "Grand Resort & SPA," having no restaurant for lunch or dinner is ridiculous. Update: screenshot attached.
