The staff were friendly and helpful, and when they learned we were vegan, they made sure we had vegan food. That was really nice of them. The hotel is in a great location for seeing local attractions, and we had a great time in Zakopane. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

The best part was breakfast, served buffet style with a good range of hot food. The hotel was nice, and our room in the Telemina was comfortable but basic. We did notice mold on the bathroom ceiling, though, which was concerning.

Good prices and nice rooms. You can walk to several hiking paths and into the city in just a few minutes.

A quiet, modern place that looks nice. Great view from the window.

The location is pretty good for getting to the city center, and the place is clean with delicious breakfasts. Still, the hotel has a communist-era feel and was deafeningly quiet, with an unpleasant musty smell. There isn't much to do: no billiards, no bar, and no other attractions. The pool only opens at 4 p.m., the sauna at 5 p.m., and the spa area is very sparse. It looks like renovations are underway, but we probably won't come back.
