The owner was friendly without hovering, and the kitchen worked well for breakfast and a quick dinner. For the price, the rooms were clean, and we stayed warm through winter with a small child. The location was fairly convenient for going into town or catching a bus. Our triple room felt small. We squeezed in four people with a travel cot, but we knew what we were booking. For three adults planning to hang around rather than hike, it would be too tight, and the large TV isn't really needed. Still, we were happy with the stay overall and recommend it.
