We lost the vacation we'd planned. After booking more than a year ahead, they canceled just two days before we were due to arrive, saying they were overbooked. The replacement they offered was a move to poor apartments. My whole family had flown in from France, including my disabled son, and they didn't refund our tickets. They did nothing to help. I wouldn't trust them to keep their commitments.

After a full day hiking, it was easy to unwind here, with a lovely view of Giewont. The apartment is fantastic for the price, with a well-planned layout and a convenient location. Everything felt just right, and the owner was quick, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
