Apartamenty Kuznice 13

After a long hike, it’s great to be able to get back and reach the bed in a minute. The apartment is perfectly located close to different mountain paths, and it has good sound insulation, curtains and blinds, a nice backyard, and a parking place. The host was very nice too. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

The location is great, though the place could use some improvements. The old mattress needs replacing, since it was impossible to rest after a long mountain hike. Also, be aware that all the restaurants in Kuznice have short opening hours.

The apartment itself was lovely and in a good spot, and I’d happily recommend staying there. The refund was a different story. After cancelling, I was told by email that the money would be back in my account within seven days. Eight days later, nothing had arrived, so I called. They said I had to print and sign an invoice correction by hand, then email a scan before they could return the money. Two days after doing that, I called again and was told to wait another week or two. I was really annoyed by the process. In the end, the money was returned, but only after several calls and extra emails that shouldn’t have been necessary.

The apartment was modern and in a perfect location, but the nights were so bad that we left one night before our booking ended. The mattress was worn out, noisy, and uncomfortable. After days of hiking, I couldn’t sleep and woke with a sore back. The shower barely ran, so it was hard to wash properly after being in the mountains all day. On top of that, noisy equipment from the restaurant kept running. With the mattress making things worse, getting a decent night’s rest was impossible.
