A really nice apartment.

Hello. The price is low, and the place is close to Krupowki Street, so it's a good deal. But the ground-floor room, no. 2, was cold even with the radiators turned all the way up. The parking lot only fits about five cars, and people kept blocking the entrance. We had to go around asking whose car it was.

The owner was excellent to communicate with, and the location is a big plus, very close to Krupówki Street. Inside, the apartment was cozy and clean, with fresh bedding, towels, dishwashing liquid, a dishwasher, microwave, and dishes. The balcony was spacious, but the rusty railings made it frightening to step out, in case they gave way. We probably wouldn't return because everything creaked, from the floors to the bathroom and apartment doors. I've never heard such loud creaking everywhere. We had a small child with us, and when the child finally fell asleep after a long day, even moving around felt risky because we were afraid of waking them. Parents will understand that feeling.

The garden is lovely, and there's a balcony accessible from two sides. From this ground-floor apartment, the windows look onto the parking area and garden, and it was quiet. The apartment stayed cool, which is a real plus on hot days, and has its own atmosphere. There are blinds for privacy, good communication with the landlord, and a kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, cutlery, and plates, though only two small plates. The 1920s style makes sense to me, even on the exterior, but the entrance door to the apartment goes too far. It's old, you hear everything through it, and the lock doesn't feel secure. The old wooden parquet looks impressive, but the creaking doesn't. The bathroom door is old and so warped that it doesn't close properly. The balcony is a plus, but don't lean on the rusty, loose railings for safety. The inserts or pillows and mattress protector should be washed regularly. There's no washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, or even a large broom, and a squeegee is badly needed in the bathroom. Please give the cleaning staff clearer directions about which apartment to vacate. While we were there, someone tried to force their way into ours.
