The tense atmosphere and the way guests were treated left me unwilling to recommend this place. The owner was rude and unprofessional from the start, and it was hard to get in touch with her. When I tried to sort things out, she responded rudely. I also got calls threatening to involve security and the police just because I’d invited a guest. She accused us of breaking quiet hours by talking, while other residents were scraping chairs and making noise after quiet hours had started. It felt like the rules didn’t apply equally to everyone.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and we’ll definitely come back. The place is peaceful and quiet, while still close to everything. Our room was spotless and fresh-smelling, nicely decorated, and had all the appliances we needed: TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dryer, induction cooktop, hood, hairdryer, and clothes dryer. Pots, pans, and cutlery were provided too, so we could easily make breakfast or even cook dinner. We recommend it 100%. Best regards ❣️

Joanna was so kind and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. The room was clean and cosy, just right for a relaxing mountain break. It’s close to the centre, but the neighbourhood is still peaceful and quiet.

The owner was easy to reach and always happy to help. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the mountains. It’s close to the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended 😇
