The staff were friendly and helpful, though only one person could speak and understand English. The food was standard Polish fare, and there was almost too much of it. Our room was clean but a little small, and neither the room temperature nor the shower temperature was easy to adjust. The WiFi kept cutting out. The hotel is in a quiet spot with lovely mountain views, two small supermarkets nearby, and the center of Zakopane about 2.5 km away.

We were there as a large group, and the room was quite spacious. The food was good, even very good. Everything was clean and neat, though the terrace/balcony felt scary to go onto, even wearing shoes. Krupówki Street is about 20-25 minutes away.

Dinner and breakfast came with the price, and we enjoyed the food. The portions were generous, with something different each day. Our room was warm and clean, with a balcony overlooking the mountains, plus a kettle, large TV and hairdryer. The bathroom was quite spacious too. It's around a 30-minute walk to the city center. The one problem was that the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. I recommend it 💯
