The sauna and cold pool were amazing, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. My room was comfortable, but air conditioning or some kind of fresh-air vent would make it much better. It’s only a few minutes from the center by car. There’s also space for ski equipment and a dryer for boots.

The rooms were dark and had no air conditioning. My bed was old and battered, the sheets smelled bad, and the pillows felt worn out. It made the place hard to recommend, especially when newer resorts are competing nearby. The resort itself was clean, but dated, with a feel that seemed stuck in the late 1980s and the post-communist era. Dining in was another problem: portions for men weren't offered, and you'd need to know the local restaurants. If you're vegan or have food allergies, they don't take that into account and simply ignore you. The kids' attractions cost extra, and staff were argumentative. I can't find better words for the lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, I had a really good vacation there and am happy to give it five stars. The staff were genuinely nice and professional, especially given that we were staying during a pandemic. Let's spread some positivity. I'd give the place an A.

We chose this place for our mountain trekking and it turned out to be perfect. It's close to everything, and the rooms are comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the breakfast selection was amazing. We'll be back soon.
