The room was small, but we only used it for sleeping since we spent our days out. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of cheeses, eggs, sausage, different hams, yoghurt, coffee, tea and more. The staff were very friendly and gave us restaurant suggestions and advice on things to do with our child. The hotel sits on a quiet, pleasant street, about a 15-minute walk from the centre. The slopes and national park are also about 15 minutes away on foot. I'd leave the car in the hotel parking lot, since finding parking in the centre is hard and expensive. The only small complaint is the beds. Better mattresses could help it reach a full five stars from guests. Aside from that, we were absolutely satisfied.

the breakfast bar is really filling, and the hotel is beautiful, like something out of a fairytale. michael and his mother were so sweet and welcoming, and gave us lots of helpful advice about restaurants and things to do. i really recommend this place whether you're a tourist or not. thanks for a brilliant time in zakopane :)

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was in an unacceptable state, with hair on the floor, an empty wine bottle left there, a dirty toilet, cobwebs behind the bed, and a heavy mold smell. Very disappointing.

The hotel feels a bit like a museum, with antiques throughout, and everything was very clean. The staff were warm and helped us sort out a couple of travel issues, which really saved the day. We had an amazing stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Zakopane.

A lovely small place in Zakopane. The friendly staff made it feel like home, and one of them gave us really useful tips on where to hike. We appreciated that a lot.
