The mountain view from the apartment was lovely ⛰️🌲, and it was clean, spacious and finished to a good standard. The center of Zakopane is just a five-minute walk away. Service was hassle-free. I definitely recommend it 👍

We were promised two rooms in the same building, but on arrival found that one was somewhere else. That was especially difficult for our group, which came by public transport. We then had to wait for hours in the freezing cold to speak with the manager. The accommodation didn’t match the website description, and the man handing out keys seemed completely lost. I know the company manages the place, but if he works there, he should know a bit more. All he could do was insist that we sign a contract. The location was another problem, up a steep hill that even a taxi struggled to climb, and we had to walk up it. Customers are treated like garbage, despite being the ones keeping them in business. Incompetent and unprofessional. I don’t recommend it!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. It’s halfway down the building and reeks of oil from the tank, so badly that it’s unbearable. Nobody had aired it out before we arrived, and the mattresses were dirty and stained. They charged us 250 PLN for a cracked mattress board that costs 20 PLN, which you can check online. It felt like a typical attempt to squeeze extra money out of a customer.

Our stay at the TatryTOP apartment was a hit. The views were beautiful, the service really friendly, and the location and standards were great.
