The hostel itself is good, but the other guests could be better. People should understand what staying in a hostel means. It might help if the hostel put up signs in the rooms about suitable clothing and keeping noise down between 10 PM and 8 AM. Also, the six-bed and four-bed rooms connect through a door, so they effectively make one ten-person room with just one shower and one toilet.

Small, but it has everything you need, right on the main street. The bed was the comfiest, and the private toilet was clean. I loved the glass panel heating, it made the place so cosy. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the location is very good, right on the main street. There's not much room to open a suitcase, though. The bathroom is large, but could use more hooks for clothes and towels. The eco light kept switching off automatically while I was still showering, so I hope they remove it. There wasn't a small lamp by the bed. Breakfast was plentiful and free.

The night shift lady is kind and helpful, but the woman working in the daytime is grumpy and doesn't welcome guests well. Could you switch their shifts? I'd like good service during the day.

Wiola made our stay at Top Hostel Pokoje Gościnne especially lovely. She was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Check-out was officially at 11:00 AM, but she kindly let us stay until 1:00 PM, then also offered to keep our luggage at the hostel until late in the day. I really appreciate her warm welcome and generous hospitality. The place itself is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. If I come back to this city, I'll stay here again. I highly recommend the hostel.
