The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom’s glass door. We knew about it beforehand, and the bathroom was exactly as shown in the pictures. The water pressure was great, and the room, number 114, was wonderful, with tea and coffee available to make. The third floor where breakfast is served is beautiful, and the location was perfect. The receptionists were very kind. We stayed on a weekday, arrived a little before the 1 pm check-in time, and they let us in and upgraded us to a nicer room since one was available. I really recommend it.

We had a spacious, comfortable room in this cozy place with lovely decor. The location is great, right in the centre of Zakopane. We enjoyed our stay.

The wood throughout made the place feel really cozy, and Villa Nova’s warm, welcoming style and gorgeous room were lovely. Breakfast was outstanding, with everything we could have wanted. We’d definitely book again!

The location was just a short walk from the city centre, and our room was spotless and very cozy. We loved the balcony and its amazing view. Breakfast had fresh, tasty options and was excellent. Highly recommend!

The decor is lovely and the location is great. The mountain view wasn’t very good, and breakfast choices were quite limited. There was nothing for people who are lactose intolerant.
