The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed two days for a wedding and thought the cosy little hotel was lovely for the price. The water pressure was low, and it took three to four minutes for the water to heat up, but we still had a great stay. My partner said we should come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

We were right on the main street, with bars and restaurants nearby, and the hotel had a lovely mountain village feel. Breakfast was amazing. We spent three winter nights there. Our upstairs room was a bit small, but it was fine.

The location is a big plus, and breakfast had a good mix of eggs, meats, cheeses and breads. Our room was smaller than we expected, though it had AC, a TV, soap and the basics. We had a rough start, but the staff really turned things around. People often smoke by the entrance, so the smell can come inside with them. If I’m back in Zakopane, I’ll look up Villa vita again.

We found the rooms quiet and clean, and it was nice that dogs were welcome and parking was available on site. The hotel sits right at the start of the main shopping and pedestrian street, which is a great spot. Breakfast came with the room but was just okay. The room was a little small, and our air conditioning didn’t work, so it felt very warm even in June. Just an average stay for us.
