VisitZakopane Superior Apartment

It was quiet and peaceful despite being close to everything, and Giewont Mountain is right outside. The apartment feels cozy, with a fireplace in the room, clean bedding and towels, and well-kept furniture alongside new appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a capsule machine and a drip coffee maker. The only small gripe is that the kitchen island could use better lighting.

The top-floor apartment was quiet, a lovely choice for a couple wanting some peace. It’s close to the city center, but also makes a good base for hiking in the mountains. Nebbia was clean and had all the appliances we needed.

The first impression, location, and views were okay, and the decor matched the listing. After that, things went downhill. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived, the internet was weak, and the hairdryer overheated after about ten seconds. The hood was broken beyond repair, and a faulty fireplace sent smoke into two apartments below. There was also a broken under-bed drawer full of dust, with nails sticking out, and the bedroom blinds didn’t work properly. We sent photos of the defects to management, but VisitZakopane only partly met our request for a SMALL PORTION of the stay. For this price, I expected better. We don’t recommend it. VisitZakopane knows we’re posting this so others can decide whether the hassle is worth the cost. And despite the listing, it won’t sleep six people, four at most.

The hosts were excellent, and there’s underground parking. Shops, museums, restaurants, and the city center are all within walking distance. The apartment was warm, beautiful, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and useful appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Everything needed for a great stay.
