After many trips around Europe, this is still my favorite hotel. The room was charming and comfortable, and everything I needed was taken care of. It was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend it to travelers. The view of the Carpathian Mountains around the city was fabulous, and the location is amazing. The hotel sits on a very quiet street, so nights are calm and peaceful, while restaurants, bars, shops, and other interesting places in Zakopane are about a five-minute walk away. The manager was extremely helpful and courteous, and gave me useful information about the area's main attractions and services. A++++

Our family room was light, airy, clean, spacious, and well equipped. It had two double beds, a TV, sofa, dining table, and a balcony looking toward the Tatra Mountains. The kitchenette came with a fridge, hob, microwave, and toaster. We had a great week here. The owner made us feel very welcome, offered lots of useful advice about places to visit and public transport, and speaks very good English. It's a convenient spot: a ten-minute walk through a park takes you to Zakopane's main shopping street, and a nearby convenience store is five minutes away.

The freshly ground coffee was a nice touch, and the place itself was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We spent a week here for skiing, and the location worked really well. Ted was an incredibly kind host, and just a wonderful person.

Ted was a fantastic host, really accommodating and full of useful tips for exploring Zakopane and the Tatras. The villa is close to the center and the bus stop for the Tatras, and our room was super clean with a spotless toilet. We loved it and would happily recommend this relaxing place.

This is a low-budget place near the city center, fine for a few days or a stopover. The rooms are tiny, especially for more than two people, so it seems best suited to kids or adults looking to relive their college days. There’s a neat shared kitchen with only basic cutlery. The bathroom is shared by two or three rooms; it isn’t modern, but it’s acceptable.
