The welcome drink was a lovely touch, with traditional spirits to choose from and grilled oscypek. Outside, there’s a little alcohol and cheese shop and sheep. My room had a really nice forest view, and the facilities were good, including a hob, microwave, kettle, and fridge. The decor was lovely too, and the bathrooms had been nicely refurbished. Genuinely the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room pictures on booking.com and Google Maps didn’t match what we got. The place is very old and needs maintenance, and it wasn’t clean, with spider webs throughout and no bed sheets. There’s no cleaning service, and if you request one, they’ll charge you if they can find someone to clean. There’s no AC either. With the windows open, car noise goes on until 2 am. A very bad experience.

The price was really good for what they offer, and the train station is literally a 10-minute walk away. The owner was friendly and breakfast was nice. There’s also a small shop next to the hotel with a decent selection of cheeses and other things. I’ll definitely come back :)

This was horrible. Even though there was a pandemic, the receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask, and she was pregnant. I booked on booking.com and was given a completely different room from the one shown. When I asked, she blamed booking.com, saying it must have translated the listing wrong, and claimed the room as it was was in the 4 star hotel. To me, it looked like a building that was about to fall down. I’d booked a private toilet, but got a public one, and the room smelled really bad. I’ve attached pictures showing the reality versus the scam ads. Unacceptable. Never choose this place!

For a clean, cheap place to rest near the city centre, this is the one. Breakfast is included and served as a buffet. 10/10.
