We felt welcome with our dog, and the room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette and the basics like a fridge and kettle. There were armchairs in the corridor, plus coffee, tea, little pastries, and fruit available all day. Aldi is right behind the hotel, handy for picking up essentials. It's near the town centre, though we had plans outside town and didn't get to see much of it.

I haven't stayed at ApartHotel Sorau myself, but my husband was there on his birthday. I contacted customer service because I wanted to arrange a little surprise while he was away from home, and Paulina Durys was wonderful to work with. She helped me set up a birthday cake, flowers, and a drink for him. I never expected her to follow up with PHOTOS, too. The whole thing was so easy and lovely, and it left me with a great impression of what a stay here might be like.

The apartment is close to both the city centre and the shopping mall. Inside, it's stylish and really nice, and the staff were perfect. We'd recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay too. :)

The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Our room smelled fresh when we walked in. The building is beautiful, and the reception has free coffee with lounge music. There's also a large parking lot with cameras.

The location is in one of the smelliest towns I've visited, unfortunately. The rooms were just okay, nothing special, and the service was alright, though they had trouble with English.
