We paid a lot for one night and didn't even have toilet paper. Cement mixers woke us at 6:30 a.m. Getting into the apartment was a nightmare: we waited a long time for the codes, then struggled with the complex gate and finding the apartment. The coded key box on the door was hard to open, and the lock itself was fiddly, needing ten turns left and right. A local resident had to help us; without them, we wouldn't have got in. We managed everything without contacting the service desk, but lost three hours between arriving and getting inside.
