Apartamenty Krzywe Okna

The location was very good, and the woman gave clear directions for finding the apartment and returning the keys. Communication with the owner or staff was good too.

The room looked nothing like the photos, and it wasn’t inviting. I ended up in a double room with a worn, sagging leather sofa, mold on the bathroom walls, and very cramped space. The only good part was the service, the woman was really nice. The room itself deserves two stars at most, and even that feels generous.

Everything was within walking distance, which made the location especially convenient. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and getting in touch with the landlord was easy. The owners are kind and make an effort to meet guests’ expectations. I was very happy with my stay and will use the apartment again.

The owner was friendly, easy to approach, and helpful. The decor is elegant, and the standard is okay, though there are a few small faults, like the massage shower not working. It’s well placed for the Old Town, parks, and the Palm House. We could hear traffic outside, but it didn’t bother us. There’s free Wi-Fi and a good range of TV channels if you want them, although the connection is weaker in the basement.
