The receptionist made the whole stay feel easy and memorable. He was consistently kind, professional, and attentive, and his presence at the desk made the hotel feel welcoming. After my long journey, he greeted me with a genuine smile. Check-in was quick, and he explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overloaded. He also checked in during my stay to see how things were going. When I needed local recommendations, directions, or help with a small request, he handled it patiently and promptly. Nothing seemed like a bother. It’s rare to find someone who brings such warmth and strong customer service to the job so naturally. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’m grateful for the care he showed.

The staff were great, and the rooms were clean, but they were worn. The location works if you have air conditioning and can keep the windows shut. Without that, it feels like sleeping on the street, and the street is loud. Some AC in the room would make a huge difference. 🤷♂️

We had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s well placed too, within walking distance of the train station, with a mall across the street and places to eat and drink just around the corner. Thoroughly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean. It’s a great location, though the beds are rather small and could be more comfortable.

Clean rooms, good staff and service, and a handy location for the price.
