Costa Brava was a pleasant surprise and a hidden gem on the island's east coast. The gated entry felt secure, the pool was very nice, and the residents were welcoming and friendly. It's close to Fajardo and Luquillo. I also appreciated that the no loud music and no smoking rules in common areas are actually enforced. I'd be very happy to have a vacation condo here.
